It's very Paul Grahamsian of me- but really you are competing in a game won by making something people want. Think Blockbuster and Netflix. Blockbuster could have destroyed Netflix. That's the beauty of startups and capitalism. Why go to Blockbuster when you can get the movie delivered directly to you? Great piece. Great article.
