As a partner of Girls in Tech Singapore, StartupJobs will help facilitate job placement for women in tech who are interested in working at a start-up, since there is still a very small proportion of women accepting jobs at start-ups or starting their own companies. It’s very important to diversify the workforce since a variety of perspectives involved in developing an innovative technology product or service is valuable and directly linked to the success of the company.
