		<description>Kate -

I&#039;m SO glad that you took the time to write about Greg Mortenson. He really is a true inspiration to us all and I have been continually impressed with his selfless behaviors in helping educate kids in developing countries, helping them achieve not only proper day-to-day education, but also, basic resources such as healthcare, food and shelter.

This statement is huge (gives me goosebumps b/c I feel SO strongly about this!):
His idea is if you educate a girl, they effect a whole community (based on various factors such as the fact that they don’t leave for rural areas, they are nurturers, and they are generally the teachers of families, and thus communities).

I can&#039;t agree more and through partnerships with CARE, UNIFEM, Girls in Tech hopes to help change this one girl at a time! We can do it together.
