Hey all!!
We have an exciting weekend coming up for Girls in Tech and GIT University!! Our first appearance at a college level event and it’s at UC Berkeley’s Caltopia - Go Bears!
This Sunday, August 23th and Monday, August 24, Girls in Tech will be at the ‘largest college lifestyle event in the nation’ to promote our organization to up and coming girls who want to be in tech! Our booth, stationed in the tech zone, will be stacked with giveaways, pamphlet information about Girls in Tech and GIT-U and will have yours truly along with the SF Chapter wandering about to spread the word about this fabulous organization!
We hope you can make it out if you’re in the bay this weekend looking for something fun and exciting to do! Feel free to stop by and say hello before you head into Berkeley and get lost in the tye dye and incense! If you have Sunday or Monday open and would like to volunteer with us and be stationed at the booth, we can use a few more people to help! The event is from 10:00AM – 4:00PM both days.
